It’s been a quiet month for the Board, as most of our efforts have been going into the Annual General Meeting (AGM) preparations, gathering nominations, and setting up the presentation.
As a reminder, you have just over 24 hours remaining to submit a nomination.
The following Director positions are up for election for a partial, one-year term:

Descriptions and nomination forms can be found on the Cruisers AGM webpage - www.cruisers-sports.com/agm.
As voting in person is not possible this year, we are going to use a digital voting company used by a few of our sport partners - Simply Voting.
As per a regular AGM, every Cruisers member is still entitled to vote, and/or vote by proxy (as per Club By-laws). The process is a little bit different based on circumstances. This is what is required:
If you have not registered yet, please do so by March 8th. All the information on the AGM can be found on the Cruisers AGM webpage - www.cruisers-sports.com/agm.
We cannot stress enough the importance of attending the AGM! It is your opportunity to find out how the club is doing, interact with current Board members, hear from the nominees prior to making an informed vote. There will be Q&A periods throughout the presentation, all followed by the elections.
While we know everyone is growing tired of digital meetings, this one is really important! Your voice matters. We hope to see everyone on the Google Meet call on MARCH 10th at 7:00pm!!! Invite will be sent out on the evening of AGM and/or can also be accessed from AGM webpage.

Thank you Alisson for everything you've put into the Cruisers!
