The Alexander J. Szerenyi Award is open to members of Cruisers Sports who meet ALL of the following criteria: Individuals, who are or will be attending a Post-Secondary Educational Institution in Canada and who have a physical disability.

June 23, 2019: It's that time again! 2019 Beacham Summer Fun Day, 08/11/2019 @ 09:30

Dear Cruisers Member,

Beacham Summer Fun Day is a day for children of all abilities to have fun in memory of Linda Beacham. This annual event will be held in August in at the fully accessible location of Wind Reach Farm. The day will be filled with Food, Fun, and Socialization. Some of the activities offered will be wagon rides, petting zoo, access to a sensory trail and room, a self-guided scavenger hunt and the farm's museum playground. Snacks and lunch are also provided. This event is open to all children with a physical disability aged 2-16 years and their siblings. All participants must have a support member who will play and supervise. Registration is limited to 20 applicants, their support member, and a sibling to join in on the fun. The event will run rain or shine.
